Returns & Right of Withdrawal

We hope you love your Whisper pieces. If you change your mind, consumers have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving a reason.

For goods, the withdrawal period begins on the day on which you, or a third party nominated by you other than the carrier, receive the goods.

If goods from one order are delivered separately, the withdrawal period begins when the last goods are received.

How to withdraw

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must clearly inform us of your decision before the 14-day period expires.

You can:

• submit a return or cancellation request through your Whisper customer account, where available;

• email us at whisperasianfashion@gmail.com; or

• send us a written statement by post.

You do not need to give a reason for your withdrawal and our prior approval is not required.

Returning your items

After notifying us of your withdrawal, please send the goods back without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us.

You are responsible for the direct cost of return shipping.

We recommend keeping proof of postage until your return has been processed.

Trying on your items

You may inspect and try on clothing in the same way you reasonably would in a physical shop.

You are only responsible for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Please handle items carefully and, where possible, return them with their original tags and packaging. Missing tags or packaging do not automatically remove your statutory right of withdrawal.

Refunds

If you withdraw from the entire order, we will reimburse the payments received from you, including the cost of our least-expensive standard outbound delivery option.

If you chose a more expensive delivery method, such as a higher-priced shipping option, the additional cost does not have to be reimbursed.

Refunds will be made without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we are informed of your decision to withdraw.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you provide evidence that you have sent them back, whichever occurs first.

Refunds will normally be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed. You will not be charged a refund fee.

Sale items

Sale or discounted items have the same statutory right of withdrawal as other eligible clothing purchases.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

Your statutory rights regarding faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied goods are separate from the right of withdrawal.

If your order arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us at whisperasianfashion@gmail.com with your order details so we can arrange an appropriate solution.

Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
