Shipping with tracking: €6.90
Other supported EU destinations
Standard shipping: €12.00
Shipping charges apply regardless of order value. We currently do not offer free shipping.
The available shipping options and total shipping cost are shown at checkout before you place your order.
Where we ship
We currently ship to:
Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.
We currently do not ship to Cyprus or countries outside the destinations listed above.
Processing & delivery times
Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days.
Estimated delivery after dispatch:
Austria: approximately 2–4 business days
Germany and other supported EU destinations: approximately 4–10 business days
Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by postal or carrier delays.
Order & shipping confirmation
After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. If you selected shipping with tracking, your tracking information will be included when available.
Tracking & delivery problems

Your statutory consumer rights are not affected by whether you choose tracked or untracked shipping.
